A little extra help with your journey

Pre-book transport from Gainsborough and surrounding areas to hospital, GP, dental and other healthcare appointments. Tell us your appointment time and we’ll agree the pickup and return arrangements with you.

Door-to-door travel

Travel from your home to an agreed hospital entrance, with a return pickup arranged in advance.

Accompanied arrival and collection

Request someone to walk with you from the taxi to reception or an agreed department, help with bags, and meet you inside for the return journey. This option must be agreed before booking and is subject to availability and hospital access arrangements.

Wait-and-return

Ask us to wait during your appointment or arrange a later collection. Waiting time, parking charges and any assistance fee will be agreed in your quote. If your appointment runs late, call us so we can discuss the return arrangements.

Agreeing the right assistance

Please tell us what practical assistance you would like when you enquire. Help is non-medical: accompaniment and help with bags. Lifting, personal care and medical supervision are not included. If you need physical support or specialist transport, discuss suitable arrangements before booking. Do not assume the vehicle is wheelchair accessible; call to discuss passenger and mobility-aid requirements.

You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical history through the booking form. Use the assistance selector to request a discussion, and we’ll call to agree the practical arrangements.

What to tell us

Please provide your pickup address, hospital or clinic, entrance or department, appointment date and time, whether you need a return journey, and whether a companion will travel with you. Bookings and assistance are confirmed only when we reply.
